We could say that the PowerPoint was really nice and well organized; too bad it had many mistakes on it. The team members each knew there part even if they some times did not exactly know when it was their turn to start talking, reveling that they might have separated a little more the work then the other teams but the global result was alright and the message came through pretty well (which is good when you conduct a seminar on communication).
The negative aspects of this presentation is mainly the way the members stood all regrouped next to the computer and having event the person in charge of the powerpoint sitting in front of the computer and not even standing up when it was his turn to talk. The activities were correct only the first one with the sentence going around the room was really long (more then 5 lines) making it impossible to memorize but it was relevant as it arrived totally changed from its original version.
